Hi! I’m Jaime

My journey into nutrition started when my firstborn son arrived, 17 years ago, facing unexpected food allergies that challenged everything I thought I knew about a healthy diet, which wasn’t much. As each of my children brought unique nutritional hurdles, my understanding and passion deepened. The steep learning curve of managing milk protein allergies, fruit intolerances, and later, soy and egg sensitivities, became a transformative adventure.

Simultaneously, watching my husband care for his ailing parents opened my eyes to the dire consequences of long-term poor dietary choices. My mother-in-law had Type 2 Diabetes and my Father-in-law had Fibromyalgia and strokes, as time went on. Watching their health deteriorate, despite medical interventions and medications, drove home a crucial lesson: our bodies constantly communicate their needs, and food plays a pivotal role in our overall well-being.

These profound experiences reshaped my perspective entirely. Nutrition evolved from a mere interest into a life-changing mission. Now, I'm dedicated to sharing how mindful food choices can dramatically transform health. Inspired by my family's struggles and triumphs, I see every meal as an opportunity to nourish, heal, and thrive.

My journey has been challenging yet incredibly rewarding. It's taught me that true health is a delicate harmony between body and diet, requiring constant attention and care. I'm here, more passionate than ever, to spread this vital knowledge and inspire others. Together, we can embark on an incredible adventure of discovery, unlocking the power of nutrition to achieve vibrant, lasting health.

A little personal...

I recently relocated to St. George, Utah, with my family in 2023 after four years of RV traveling. My husband, Nathan, and I have three children who are growing up quickly, and we are incredibly proud of them. Our journey has taken us through 46 states, along with parts of Canada, Alaska, and Baja. Although I spent my first 12 years in the south, Arkansas, I have also resided in California, Wyoming, Colorado, and Oregon. I am eager to explore and embrace the beauty of Utah.
